Our Services
Administration
We establish a relationship with boat owners and their vessels in order to provide a unique customer service experience. For our full-time clients, we develop a service-oriented program that includes all aspects of yacht ownership, from ongoing maintenance to trip planning, budget management, expense tracking, and customer requests.
Maintenance
General or seasonal maintenance including washdowns, gel coat and paint preparation, sealing and protection, teak deck care, vinyl wrap care, stainless maintenance and rust removal, caulking inspection, bottom cleaning service with photo/video, and tender detailing. We do everything from greasing snaps and zippers to cleaning inside lockers.
Support
Project management: boat yard, dry dock, or dockside. We can schedule and provide subcontractors, as well as supervise all work being done onboard in the following fields: A/V, navigation and monitoring equipment, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, exhaust, watermakers and filtration, mechanical, exterior maintenance and repair, stainless fabrication, gel coat repair, paint, teak, and carpentry.
Operation
Crew placement, charter and captain services. Equipment testing and reports, safety inspections and certifications, purchase consultation–whether it’s for a new yacht, tender, or dinghy– delivery, sea trial, passage planning and provisioning, interior cleaning, and dockfinding. We also provide hurricane prevention planning and insurance coordination.
We are a resource for yacht owners to insure their vessels are maintained and serviced to the highest standards. Our job is to make sure that you can rest easy and enjoy being a yacht owner.
What we offer in the simplest of terms is a solution to the sometimes stressful role of being a yacht owner. We can oversee your yacht and crew, plan the trip you’ve always wanted to take and help with all of the logistics involved with a refit.
